A New Chapter Begins: Meet the Team Behind SEF 2025!

We are pleased to present the inspiring group known as #BehindTheSEF2025. The Duty Handover & Duty Summit (DHDS) 2025 took place successfully from January 20-24, 2025 when it functioned as a key event for leadership transition within the Student English Forum (SEF). The annual event serves purposes that extend past leadership transition because it facilitates organizational learning through strategic planning and reflection to achieve growth and impact. The Duty Handover serves as a formal process through which the former board passes its responsibilities to the newly formed team. The handover procedure maintains the ongoing fulfillment of SEF's goals and objectives. SEF starts a new era after a transfer of administrative documents takes place together with performance evaluations and the symbolic succession of leadership positions. The Duty Summit functions as a valuable educational platform for new leaders to grasp their duties and responsibilities more effectively. The summit provides the new team essential knowledge and strategic directions which guide SEF toward increased success.

Dinar Danahari Amalia and Athiyya Zahrah Faiha serve as Captain and Co-Captain for the next term of SEF. We also receive executive support from the energetic secretarial duo consisting of Mujahiddah and Keyla. The financial leadership of SEF 2025 is made up of two top 1 wealth duo in this period, Ina and Rafidah who will manage budgeting and treasury operations.

Can you guess which department that serves as the backbone of SEF, dedicated to enhancing knowledge and empowering members through structured learning programs? Yup, it’s EDUCATION DEPARTMENT. Led by Marlina, alongside Syani, Fena, Elvina, Chelsea, Nayla, Athiyyah, and Roy, this team is all set to design effective classes and educational strategies for the year ahead!

Proudly presenting the department which Bridging SEF with other student organizations and external communities, the PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPARTMENT plays a crucial role in expanding our network. Led by Jauza, this solid team includes Jordan, Andrea, Azkia, Nadira, Nabila, Kayla, Sekar, Nadia, and Natria. With such a powerhouse of talents, SEF is ready to grow its reach and collaborations!

The RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT is the hub for monitoring and driving SEF’s internal growth and innovation. Under the leadership of Wirda, along with Rosyada, Mala, Shafira, Abie, Riko, Azra, Hana, and Natasha, this team is committed to organizing engaging activities to strengthen the bond among SEF organizers.

Passionate about debating, public speaking, or newscasting? This is the department to connect with! Puspa, together with Alya, Ejelin, Adan, Maryam, Salwa, Rahma, and Deo, TALENT AND DEBATE DEPARTMENT is ready to guide and support members in developing their talents and excelling in competitions.
