Starting a new period is the first challenge for any organization. There are many new faces, new rules and culture, and big responsibilities waiting ahead. Like the saying goes, “If you don’t know, you won’t love,” one of SEF's departments, Research and Development (RnD), created the program The Welcoming Wave.
